Our mind interestingly is a maze that keeps us muddled in twists and turns of logic, calculation and judgement, thus keeping us entrapped in its invincible, invisible cage. It laughs out loud watching us going in circles, being in its crazy control and dancing like a puppet, attuning to it the hard way rather than attuning to our own phenomenal self.
The zombie that it creates out of us - doubtful, careful, fearful, dwindling between right and wrong, good and bad - never allowing us to live our life to our highest potential, to experience our highest self, completely free and happy. Playing this unconscious exhausting game of of snakes and ladders a billion, trillion, infinite times, we feel haunted, devastated and lost in every sphere, distancing ourselves from our purpose of life, jumping through puddles of confusion, never getting to reach anywhere, until we finally hit rock bottom. Choosing to go beyond the mind NOW is the only solution to not being a slave to it, taking back the reigns, giving ourself a breather. Learning the skill of giving the mind less and lesser significance through therapy , counseling or deleting the monkey like mind through various tools are ways to step into ease of living life. Deleting the mind, substituting the old disharmonious patterns and valuing yourself more and more ,is the key to step forward. Thus, mind the mind to BE MINDFUL!!
